It was at the 2nd Congress of the International Association of Free Thought (AILP) in Mar del Plata, Argentina that it was decided to make 20 September the International Day of Free Thinking on all continents. This date of September 20th is dear to the hearts of our fellow Latin American Thinkers . There are many September 20 Associations in the countries of the southern cone of America
